About

Authentic and Evidence-Based Care

Child & Family Therapy I provide fun, play-based therapy for infants and young children with a strong focus on attachment, emotional regulation, and early development. I take a neurodiversity-affirming approach and tailor therapy sessions to each child’s sensory, emotional, and developmental needs. I work closely with parents because strong parent-child relationships are the foundation for resilience, confidence, and healthy emotional growth. I work with parents as a team, with clear goals and open communication, so parents always understand what we’re working on and leave with practical tools they can use at home. I also collaborate with schools, daycares, and early learning environments when helpful - supporting children as they build emotional regulation, independence, and social skills. I support families when children are experiencing: -Big feelings or challenging behaviors -Stressful or scary experiences -Sensory or emotional regulation difficulties -Family life transitions Perinatal & Postpartum Therapy I offer trauma-informed support for individuals trying to conceive, throughout pregnancy, and during the first year after birth. This season can be joyful, overwhelming, and emotionally complex all at the same time. I provide evidence-based support for parents navigating postpartum stress and anxiety, particularly when caring for infants and young children with NICU stays, and high medical or sensory needs. My goal is to create a nurturing, supportive space where parents feel understood, empowered, and more confident in caring for both themselves and their little ones. I’m especially passionate about supporting: - Perinatal and postpartum anxiety or stress - Parents preparing emotionally for a new baby - The transition into parenthood Guided Steps Consultation Service Not sure where to start? Feeling overwhelmed by options? Guided Steps Consultation is a short-term consultation package designed to help you figure out the right next step for your child or family. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation that lets you talk through concerns, school feedback, and developmental or sensory needs so you can move forward without endless internet searches or phone calls. I give families catered recommendations and trusted referrals that are truly individualized and based on your family’s needs. Just a thoughtful conversation with an early childhood expert with a clear plan. Still not sure if therapy is right for you? That’s okay — you don’t have to have it all figured out. Book a free initial consultation and we’ll talk it through together.
